How long does professional packing take?

For an average 3-bedroom home, a team of two experienced packers typically takes 4–6 hours for a full pack. Larger properties or homes with many fragile items will take longer. We'll give you a realistic estimate based on your property.

Do you bring all the packing materials?

Yes. We supply every box, roll of bubble wrap, sheet of tissue paper and strip of tape. You don't need to source anything. Material costs are included in your packing quote.

Should I do any preparation before the packing team arrives?

It helps to clear personal documents, medication and valuables into a bag you'll keep with you. Other than that, you can leave everything in place — our team will work through the property systematically.

Can you pack just specific rooms or specific items?

Absolutely. Our partial packing service lets you specify which rooms or items you need help with. Many customers pack their own general items and ask us to handle fragile, valuable or awkward things.

Is professional packing covered by insurance?

Yes. Items packed by our team are covered under our goods-in-transit insurance. Note that items you pack yourself may have limited or no insurance cover — another reason to use our professional service.
